Biografia

Eleonora Del Giudice is the artist of women who are in an eternal struggle with themselves, moving from the enigmatic vertical figures up to the creation of real dolls. She was born in Naples, where she lives and works, and studied painting with Domenico Palombo and Salvatore Ciaurro. She graduated in Conservation of Cultural Heritage in 2011, then in History of Art and Conservation of Historic-Artistic Heritage in 2015 at  Suor Orsola Benincasa Institute in Naples, discussing her thesis with the Director of the Vatican Museums Barbara Jatta, and finally she graduated in Graphic Art at the Academy of Fine Arts of Naples in 2021. We can find her works  in institutions such as the Haegeumgang Theme Museum in South Korea and the Pio Alferano and Virginia Ippolito Foundation. She won the 1st PRIZE “BEST NEOFIGURATIVE PAINTING” at the Bienal Internacional de Arte Contemporaneo 2022 in Cali (Colombia), and the 2nd prize at the 31st National Chalcography Competition Premio Comune di Gorlago 2024 in Bergamo. She is part of the “Digital Repertoire of Contemporary Italian Engraving” of Bagnacavallo (Ra) and of various publications of sector magazines such as Grafica d’Arte and Exibart.
